We specialise in high-performance braking components and hydraulic systems including master cylinders (like our popular 167 and HC3 models), slave cylinders, piston repair kits, and quality fittings (banjo bolts in 7/16″, 3/8th UNF, and 5/16th BSF). We also carry accessories, washers, adjusters, and twistgrip controls for complete system solutions.

Are your parts compatible with Harley Davidson motorcycles?

Yes! We carry specific fittings like our 7/16″ (Harley Davidson) banjo bolts and other components tested for HD models. Always check product descriptions or contact us for compatibility confirmation.

Do you offer complete kits or individual components?

Both! We sell individual components like Magura slave cylinders or 888 spares, as well as complete All Piston Repair Kits for workshop professionals. Our menu lets you shop by system or individual part number.

What payment methods do you accept?

How can I save on shipping costs?

Orders over £50 automatically qualify for free economy shipping. Pro tip: Combine orders (like pairing adjusters with piston repair kits) to reach the threshold while stocking up for future projects.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

While we don’t advertise bulk discounts, workshop owners regularly save by combining orders for free shipping. Email us at [email protected] before placing large orders for possible arrangements.

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options and timelines?

We offer two reliable services:
⚡ Standard Express (£12.95): 1-2 day processing + 10-15 day delivery via DHL/FedEx with full tracking
🛠️ Free Economy (orders >£50): 1-2 day processing + 15-25 day delivery via EMS with transit point tracking

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship globally to most regions including Europe (EU/non-EU), the Americas, Australia/NZ, and parts of Africa/Middle East. Currently unable to ship to certain Asian countries and remote locations – contact us if unsure about your region.

How do I track my order?

Express orders include real-time door-to-door tracking; economy orders show tracking at major transit points. All tracking info is emailed once your 167 Master Cylinder or other parts dispatch from our Liverpool warehouse.

Returns & Warranty

What’s your returns policy?

Not satisfied with your UNF fittings or master cylinder? Our no-nonsense 15-day policy allows returns for any reason if:
– Initiated within 15 days of delivery
– Hydraulic components are in original packaging
Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt.

Do you offer product warranties?

All components come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. This covers items like our Magura Slave Cylinders and HC1 Spare Parts. Normal wear or improper installation isn’t covered.

What if I receive damaged goods?

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged banjo fittings or other items. We’ll expedite replacements for verified shipping damage.

Technical Support

How do I confirm thread compatibility (BSF/UNF)?

Our product listings specify thread types like 5/16th BSF or 3/8th UNF. For custom applications, email us your bike’s make/model and component photos – we’ll match you with the right banjo bolts or fittings.

Can you help with installation advice?

While we can’t provide full technical support, our team can clarify specifications for All Master Cylinders or Twistgrip Controls. For complex installs, we recommend consulting a qualified mechanic.

Do you provide technical drawings or specs?

Dimension sheets are available for many components like 7/16th Banjo Bolts and 600A Spare Parts. Request these via email before ordering if critical for your project.
