If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of master cylinders, banjo bolts, or other hydraulic components, we’ll make it right.

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags and documentation
  • Not part of our non-returnable items (see below)
Note: Due to hygiene and performance considerations, the following items cannot be returned:
  • All Piston Repair Kits (opened packages)
  • Boots, Dust Caps & O-rings (hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-sized banjo bolts (7/16″ Harley Davidson, 3/8th UNF, etc.)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
  2. Await Authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all components (including washers and fittings)
  4. Ship Back: Send to our Liverpool workshop address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable service

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective part). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item to your location (excluding remote regions).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchange Process

For exchanges of compatible components (e.g., swapping a ‘167’ Master Cylinder for an ‘HC3’ model):

  1. Follow standard return procedure
  2. Clearly state your preferred replacement item
  3. We’ll ship the new item once the return is received

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective part (like a leaking Magura slave cylinder) or wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos/video of the issue
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label if needed
  • Priority processing for replacements
