Free Shipping (Orders over £50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking: Basic tracking available

Returns Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and documentation
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and performance considerations:
    • All Piston Repair Kits (opened packages)
    • Boots, Dust Caps & O-rings
    • Custom-sized banjo bolts (7/16″ Harley Davidson, 3/8th UNF, 5/16th BSF)

How to Return an Item

Follow these steps to ensure your return is processed smoothly:

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) for return/exchange
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Await Authorization

We’ll respond within 48 hours with:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Our Liverpool workshop address

Step 3: Package Securely

Include all original components (washers, fittings, etc.) in the manufacturer’s packaging.

Step 4: Ship Back

Send to our Liverpool workshop using a trackable service. For defective/wrong items, we may provide a prepaid label.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Timeline:
    • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchange Process

For compatible component swaps (e.g., ‘167’ Master Cylinder for ‘HC3’ model):

  • Follow standard return procedure
  • Clearly state your preferred replacement
  • We’ll cover shipping for the replacement item (excluding remote regions)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A leaking Magura slave cylinder
  • Wrong banjo bolt size
  • Other defective components

Contact us immediately with photos/video evidence. We’ll prioritize your replacement.
